The Potalaka Temple Phase I Project is now underway. Due to the unique topography and with careful consideration of Buddhist cultural values alongside Western construction standards, the building design has undergone multiple revisions and relocations. The architectural design is now nearly finalized. The Lecture & Dining Hall is scheduled to start construction in 2026.

Meanwhile, work continues on landscape planning, geotechnical investigation, wastewater treatment system design, highway access permits, and interior design.
